1. Present your school ID upon entering the library. 

Visitors show your referral letter and school ID to the library staff for research.

2. Sign in your name, grade level and section, adviser and date in the student log book.

3. Put your bags and belongings in the deposit area.

The only things to be carried are ball pens, papers, notebooks and valuable things inside the library.

4. Choose and borrow one book at a time.

Fiction book is allowed to be borrowed for a week. 

​

5. Fill up the library forms and book cards before using the book. 

Fill up the computer log form if you want to do research on the computer (15 minutes per user).  

Use Gmail account for storing and sending your documents. 

​

6. Ask for assistance from the librarian when necessary. 

7. Return all reading materials and equipment in proper place. 

8. Any violation shall be given disciplinary action.
