Only authorized users shall be allowed inside the library

Present their school ID /library ID upon entering the library.

Sign in their name, grade level, section adviser or subject teacher and date in the student logbook.

Deposit bags to the baggage counter. Valuables things should be carried by the user and researcher such as ballpens, papers and, notebooks, inside of the library.

Borrow only one book a day, it could be a general textbook, reference book but fiction books are allowed to be borrowed for a week.

Fill up the library forms and book cards before borrowing the book.

Fill up the computer log form to use the computer for research purposes only. (15 minutes allowed)

Always observed silence.  

Ask assistance from the librarian when necessary.

Return all reading materials in the proper places.

Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the library.

Visitors show their referral letter and school ID to the library staff for research.

Violating the rules and regulations will have a corresponding disciplinary action.
